Lacunar Skull

A skull, the diploë of which is characterised by irregular rarefactions or shadowy depressions and a smooth outer contour, which is seen radiologically over the frontoparietal region in 50% of those with meningocele or meningomyelocele, which may be complicated by hydrocephalus
