Lacquer Crack Appearance

A term of art referring to a pattern in the optic fundus characterised by branching clefts in the lamina vitrea and ruptures of Bruch’s membrane with choroidal atrophy, which is seen in progressive degenerative myopia. The appearance may also occur after LASIK therapy
