CHST4

A gene on chromosome 16q22.2 that encodes a sulfotransferase which catalyses the transfer of sulfate to residues within mucin-associated glycans. These glycans serve as L-selectin ligands, which are present in high endothelial cells (HEVs) and play a central role in lymphocyte homing to sites of inflammation.

Molecular pathology
CHST4 is expressed in colonic mucinous adenocarcinoma.

LSST's mission is to build a well-understood system that provides a vast astronomical data set for unprecedented discovery of the deep and dynamic Universe.
"The Harris-built secondary mirror for LSST continues a 50-year legacy of designing and constructing high-end optical systems that meet challenging requirements," said Murali Krishman, vice president and general manager, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance for Harris Space and Intelligence Systems.
The facility will also allow for spectral performance testing of the LSST filters in an operation beam simulation using Materion's newly developed metrology instrument.
The LSST project may still have a long way to go but with collaborative efforts, major challenges have been surpassed this far to achieve the goal of revolutionizing cosmic studies.
Its located accuracy and overlap rate are better than SCM, LSST, and ONND and less than ASLA.
"This catalog of stars will serve a key link between existing bright catalogs and fainter catalogs planned for the future, such as those created by Pan-STARRS and the LSST observatories," Dr.
