LSM5

LSM5

A gene on chromosome 7p14.3 that encodes a ribonucleoprotein which binds to the 3' end of U6 snRNA, facilitating U4/U6 duplex formation and playing a role in U6 snRNP assembly and function.

The images were captured by confocal microscopy (LSM5 Live Configuration Variotwo VRGB; Zeiss, Germany).
Co-localization was observed by confocal microscopy (LSM5 PASCAL; Carl Zeiss, Germany).
Other SNPs associated with RT were located on BTA 16 (close to centrosomal protein 170 kDa [CEP170] and phospholipase D family, member 5 [PLD5]), BTA 5 (near solute carrier organic anion transporter family, member 1C1 [SLCO1C1] and phosphodiesterase 3A [PDE3A]), BTA 4 (near kelch repeat and BTB (POZ) domain containing 2 [KBTBD2]) and LSM5 [LSM5 homolog]), and BTA 26 (located in glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 [GOT1], a gene implicated in protection from cellular stress).
The slides were imaged by the Axio Observer D1 (ZEISS) or with a confocal laser scanning microscope (Leica LSM5 PASCAL).
The methodology identified LSM5 and above as middle class and categorises household income into four distinct income bands: low income; lower middle class; middle class and upper middle class.
The slides were mounted with Vectashield mounting medium with DAPI (Vector Laboratories, Inc.) and examined using a confocal microscope (LSM5 PASCAL; Carl Zeiss) equipped with a filter set with excitation at 488 and 543 nm.
And, surface pro-liles of some results were also measured with a confocal laser scanning microscope (LSM5 Pascal, Carl Zeiss) for quantitative analysis.
