DYNC1LI1

A gene on chromosome 3p22.3 that encodes a cytoplasmic dynein complex protein which may play a role in retrograde intraflagellar transport and in cilia biogenesis. It is thought to act as a non-catalytic accessory component of the cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex, linking dynein to cargo molecules and to adapter proteins that regulate dynein function.

(1993) employed a context discrimination training procedure where rats were poisoned with lithium chloride (LiC1) after they consumed a sucrose solution in a set of boxes (Context A).
To investigate if conditioned olfactory aversion (COA) could alter this sensitivity, two groups of mice were given isoamyl acetate paired with LiC1 injections, causing aversion to the odor.
Para determinar la reproducibilidad del flujo se realizaron ensayos hidraulicos utilizando [Li.sup.+] (LiC1) como trazador por ser un elemento de poca interaccion con el manto de lodo [14, 26, 27].
Protein-A agarose beads with salmon sperm DNA were added, and the chromatin-bead complexes were washed with low salt, high salt, LiC1, and Tris-EDTA buffers.
Posteriormente, en ambos grupos se establecio una aversion a AX, emparejando la presentacion de este compuesto con la administracion de una inyeccion de cloruro de litio (LiC1).
LiC1 had no impact on [K.sup.+] measured with the OPTI or with any other platform tested (data not shown).
For this the microelectrodes were back-filled with 3% Lucifer yellow in 1 M LiC1 and had resistances of 150-200 M[Omega].
The effect of swim stress administered during CS preexposure on later conditioning argues against the swim stress influencing the perceived aversiveness of the US (i.e., effects of LiC1) or impacting the CS-US association; it suggests that swim stress can influence CS processing.
The US for the conditioning trials was an intraperitoneal injection of 0.15 M LiC1 administered at 10 ml/kg of body weight.
ammonium persulfate (APS) ~99%, N,N'-dimethylpropyleneurea (DMPU) from Aldrich, and lithium chloride (LiC1) from Mallinckrodt, were all used as received without further purification.
When LiC1 concentration came to 1 wt%, the aligned nanofiber separated from each other again (Fig.
