Klump·ke pal·sy
(klūmp'kĕ),an obstetric palsy with paralysis of the muscles of the distal forearm and hand (all ulnar innervated muscles, plus the more distal radial and median-innervated muscles), caused by a lesion of the lower trunk of the brachial plexus, or of the C8 and T1 cervical roots.
