Kerr incision

Kerr incision

Obstetrics A low transverse incision in C-sections, preferred as there is less blood lost during surgery, less risk of rupture in future pregnancies, less postoperative infections and it is easier to repair. See Cesarean section. Cf Kronic-Selheim incision.
