osteitis tuberculosa multiplex

A slowly progressive form of osteitis accompanied by cystic changes, which extends into surrounding soft tissue in the acral regions (fingers, toes, nose) and was attributed to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.It is not used in the working medical parlance.
