Joint Royal Colleges of Physicians’ Training Board. An organisation of the three Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK (Edinburgh, Glasgow and London) that was delegated responsibility for carrying out the Physician Colleges’ statutory function in respect of the administration of specialist training in general internal medicine, as well as the medical specialties and subspecialties—a role previously shouldered by the now-extinct Joint Committee of Higher Medical Training.
