Improving Working LivesA national programme for all NHS organisations which focuses on improving the work/life balance for staff through various initiatives (e.g., access to childcare, flexible working hours, training and development opportunities, and safety in the workplace). IWL aims to help all of the NHS to be a model employer: an organisation that is excellent to work for, one which values its staff and delivers outstanding services for patients.
