IL24 | definition of IL24 by Medical dictionary
IL24 A gene on chromosome 1q32 that encodes interleukin-24, a cytokine which may contribute to terminal cell differentiation. It has antiproliferative properties on melanoma cells. IL24 is also a popular, non-HUGO symbol for what is now designated IL17F, see there.
