A canal formed by the juncture of the annulus tympanicus tubercules; usually present only during early childhood.
A perforation found in arrested development near the inner extremity of the tympanic plate.

Huschke foramen - an opening in the floor of the bony part of the external acoustic meatus near the tympanic membrane.
