In this study, the plasmid DNAs encoding Hsp20, NS3, Hsp20-NS3 were generated and their expression was evaluated in mammalian cell line using a cationic polymer (TurboFect) and a cationic lipid (Lipofectamine).

In experimental diabetic animals, miR-320 is transferred from cardiomyocytes to endothelial cells by exosomal activity and this transfer regulates endothelial cells migration and tube formation by downregulating IGF-1, Hsp20, and Ets2 [186].
The results showed that expressions of Hsp19.9, Hsp20.1, Hsp20.8 or Hsp23.7 were significant up-regulated at 24 h post-parasitization, but the expressions of Hsp20.4, Hsp21.4, Hsp70, heat shock cognate protein and Hsp90 after 24 h parasitization had no significant difference compared with the control.
HSP70s may not be the only proteins involved in heat and cold resistance; other proteins such as HSP20, HSP60, and HSP90 may also be involved in heat resistance (Zhang & Denlinger 2010; Wang et al.
