Hospital at Night model
Hospital at Night modelA model for delivering hospital care services at night, which contrasts with the traditional model in which junior doctors work in relative isolation and/or in specialty “silos”. In the Hospital at Night model, multidisciplinary teams operate in tandem, with competencies to cover a wide range of interventions, but can call in specialist expertise when necessary.
