Hoffman quadrinity processAlternative psychology
A program developed from the 1960s to the 1980s by R Hoffman, in which a person goes to a retreat to help recognise negative behaviours, moods and attitudes (which Hoffman termed “negative love”), and implement positive personality changes. The quadrinity process is believed to help individuals become more loving, accepting and forgiving of family, friends and others.
