A condition affecting humans and dogs, attributed to a T-cell autoimmune reaction to melanocytes and characterised by uveitis, meningoencephalitis, choroiditis, retinal detachment, loss of hearingand visual acuity, alopecia and depigmentation.
Management
Immunosuppressants—e.g., prednisone, azathioprine.
