Hap·lo·spo·rid·i·a

(hap'lō-spō-rid'ē-ă),
An order of sporozoans, now placed in the protozoan phylum Ascetospora, class Stellatosporea, which reproduce asexually by schizogony and produce spores but no flagella, though pseudopodia may be present.
