Giuseppi, Italian physician, 1856-1918.
Guarnieri bodies - intracytoplasmic acidophilic inclusion bodies observed in epithelial cells in smallpox and vaccinia infections, and which include aggregations of Paschen bodies or virus particles.
Guarnieri gelatin agar - a type of agar used for the cultivation of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
