Goblet Appearance

A radiolucent filling defect seen in tumours of the ureters, where the superior meniscus ‘front’ of the contrast outlines a goblet-shaped lower or upper margin of the tumour, best seen by retrograde pyelography, an appearance fancifully likened to that of a wine goblet
