Gardner's syndrome An autosomal dominant hereditary disorder featuring multiple benign bony tumours (osteomas), EPIDERMOID CYSTS, soft tissue tumours including DESMOID TUMOURS, POLYPS in the intestine, and a 95% chance of developing cancer of the colon.
