A facial deformity characterised by cleft lip or palate, patellar dimples, supernumerary ribs, arachnodactyly, talipes equinovarus, cardiac malformations, hypoplastic external genitalia, hypotonia and seizures, findings typical of Prader-Will syndrome and 18q- syndromes
