Other miR-30 mediated targets directly related to cell proliferation are Eya2, HP1y (CBX3), EZH2, IGF1R, RPA1, Notch, and IRS2.
Finally, miR30a also mediates G1 cell cycle arrest by targeting Eya2, concomitant with decreased c-Myc, cyclin A, cyclin D1, and cyclin E expression in breast cancer  (Figure 3).
