As shown in Figure 5, the A[[beta].sub.1-43] level was not detected by the HLE cells treated with or without 0.1 [micro]M ferulic acid, and A[[beta].sub.1-40] levels and the mRNA levels of proteins related to A[beta] production (APP, BACE1, PS1, and PS2) and degradation (ADAM10, NEP, and ECE1) were similar to those of the naive HLE cells.

ANIH's main contributing highways, the KL-Karak and ECE1, registered traffic growth rates of 5.1 per cent and 10.5 per cent respectively in FY2013 (FY2012: 6.7 per cent; 11.8 per cent), while the traffic volume on the KL-Seremban was flat at 129,088 passenger car units per day (pcu/day) (FY2012: 128,995 pcu/day).
"A key driver of ANIH's credit profile would be the timely implementation of scheduled toll hikes for the KL-Karak and ECE1 in 2015 and 2020.
The higher-than-forecast actual traffic volumes on the KL-Karak and ECE1
and compensation received from related entity and holder of the two highway concessions, ANIH, have offset the impact of the termination of the East-West Link Expressway and freeze in toll hikes for the KL-Karak and ECE1
on APSB's cash flow profile.
The KL-Karak and ECE1, the highway concessions of which constitute the main revenue sources of ANIH, continued to exhibit strong traffic growth of 6.7 per cent and 11.8 per cent respectively in FY2012 (FY2011: 3.8 per cent, 9.3 per cent).
Hence, ANIH's credit profile may come under pressure as a result of potential delays in the toll hikes which will see toll rates for the KL-Karak and ECE1 increase by 17 per cent to 21 per cent respectively.
