Dost Factors

Factors which identify images and films which would be regarded as pornographic, named after U.S. v. Dost, 1986, in which the court identified such factors. Notwithstanding the popularity of these factors, the U.S. Supreme Court has also stated that fully clothed images may constitute child pornography
