Dip Belt

A belt used in weight training, named for the dip exercise, which allows one to easily add weight to pull-ups and knee/leg raises while hanging from a pull-up bar. Unlike most weighted clothing, dip belts are not fixed to the body, but rather semi-secured to a belt, which in turn rests on the glutes
