Di Guglielmo disease - (1) variant of acute myeloblastic leukemia. Synonym(s): Di Guglielmo syndrome; (2) prolonged bleeding time in spite of permanent increase in platelet count; may occur as a complication of leukemia, polycythemia, or splenomegaly. Synonym(s): Mortensen syndrome (obsolete term)
