The patient was diagnosed with SLE in 2014, and she was taking 200 mg/day hydroxychloroquine twice daily and 7.5 mg/day Deltacortril. The patient was in SLE remission at the time of admission to the hospital.
The most commonly prescribed steroid was prednisolone (tab Deltacortril of Pfizer).
Under oral deltacortril treatment (10 mg/day), her hematological parameters had a stable course.
Oral treatment consisted of diclofenac sodium (75 mg daily), deltacortril (10 mg daily), gabapentin (1200 mg daily), and lansoprazole (30 mg daily).
