I have prescribed Darvocet-N 100 and other Darvon compounds for moderate pain resulting from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other painful musculoskeletal and rheumatic disorders for many years with considerable success.
They include acetaminophen and codeine phosphate oral tablets USP, an AA-rated generic alternative to Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc.'s Tylenol with Codeine acetaminophen, as well as codeine phosphate tablets USP and propoxyphene napsylate and acetaminophen tablets USP, generic options to Eli Lilly and Co.'s Darvocet-N 50 and Darvocet-N 100 tablets propoxyphene napsylate and acetaminophen tablets USP.
Usually we have adequate pain relief with ES Tyenol or maybe some Darvocet-N 100.
Darvocet-N 100, Talwin, Percocet, Vicodin, Lortabs), usually inappropriately, for arthritic pain, there is an increased tendency to fall and to experience confusion.
