Chromosomal rearrangement of DUSP22
is present in about 30% of ALK--anaplastic large cell lymphomas, and these cases have a much better prognosis than other ALK-anaplastic large cell lymphomas, particularly those with TP63 rearrangement.
The JNK- and ERK-specific DUSP22
and DUSP23 were found upregulated in our analysis, suggesting an important role in controlling intracellular signalling during Th1 polarisation or effector function.
