NUDT11(redirected from DIPP3B)
NUDT11A gene on chromosome Xp11.22 that encodes a hydrolase which cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5, suggesting that it plays a role in signal transduction. It hydrolyses dinucleoside oligophosphates Ap6A, yielding ADP and p4a, and Ap5A, yielding ADP and ATP. It is primarily expressed in the testes.
