NUDT3(redirected from DIPP1)
NUDT3A gene on chromosome 6p21.2 that encodes a widely expressed hydrolase which cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 and [PP]2-InsP4, suggesting that it plays a role in signal transduction. NUDT3 hydrolyses dinucleoside oligophosphates Ap6A, yielding ADP and p4a, and Ap5A, yielding ADP and ATP. It downregulates the ERK1/2 pathway.
