Buck is looking to add another
D-S system in the near future as production grows.
Specifically,
D-S's Thermatic Temperature Control system was used to control the barrel temperatures and measure the heat flux in each zone of the extruder.
NO.EL's coreless winders will be integrated with
D-S's Black Claw-son stretch-film systems, which run at more than 2200 ft/min for film as thin as 10 microns.
One such scanner was recently installed this year on a proprietary PET line, and was linked to
D-S's EPIC control system, enabling the operator to make adjustments as needed.
Killion Laboratories, a 4350-sq-ft facility is a partnership between Davis-Standard and Jorgenson Machinery Corp., the
D-S sales rep in the region, which will manage day-to-day operations of the lab.
