Crigler-Najjar syndrome 2

A severe autosomal dominant form (OMIM:606785) of hyperbilirubinaemia in which patients typically survive into adulthood. Treatment includes administration of phenobarbital, which induces production of glucuronyl transferase, reducing the jaundice.
