Cortical Control Device

A device in which glass cones with electrodes coated with neural extracts are placed on the cortical surface of the brain; cortical neurones bind to the electrodes and receive neural signals which are transferred to a transmitter under the scalp which amplifies the signals and sends them to a computer, which translates the signals into cursor movements
