F2RL2

A gene on chromosome 5q13 that encodes a member of the protease-activated receptors (PARs), which belong to the G protein-coupled cell surface receptor family. F2RL2 is a co-factor in the thrombin-mediated cleavage and activation of the protease-activated receptor family member PAR4, and plays an essential role in hemostasis and thrombosis.
