(chŭrg-strows di-zēz')Allergic vasculitis marked by involvement of small and medium-sized arteries (e.g., in lungs), fever, weight loss, myalgia, headache, and respiratory distress. Usually diagnosed by cutaneous biopsy revealing eosinophilic vasculitis.
