Acute MPD Acute myelogenous leukemia–myeloblastic, promyelocytic, myelomonocytic, monocytic, erythroid, megakaryocytic, eosinophilic, basophilic, acute biphenotypic–with myeloid and lymphoid markers, leukemia, and acute leukemia with lymphoid markers evolving from a prior clonal hemopathy
Subacute MPD Oligoblastic–smoldering leukemia, refractory anemia with excess blasts–see RAEB, myelomonocytic leukemia.
Chronic MPD Polycythemia vera, agnogenic myeloid metaplasia, primary thrombocythemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia–Philadelphia chromosome positive or negative, chronic monocytic leukemia, chronic neutrophilic leukemia

myeloproliferative disorder

Any of several hematologic malignancies marked by the excessive multiplication of one or more types of blood cells. These disorders include polycythemia rubra vera, essential thrombocytosis, chronic myeloid leukemia, and idiopathic myelofibrosis.
