Chotzen's syndrome
[chot´senz]an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by conical deformity of the head, mildly webbed fingers and toes, a wide space between the eyes, ptosis, and sometimes mental retardation. Called also acrocephalosyndactyly, type III.
