Canaan dog

a medium-sized (35-55 lb), spitz-type dog with a sandy to red brown, white or black coat, with white markings. The tail is curled over the body.

Tisoy does have a striking resemblance to a Canaan dog, a rather hard-to-find breed that started out in the Middle East.
The Canaan Dog, like the shepherd, has no official status in its homeland, yet it also is used widely by public authorities in Israel, and even as overseas celebrities adopt the breed, locally and internationally it continues to represent national values.
Now I only have one dog, a medium-sized one that looks like a Canaan dog from the Bible but is really an Aspin (asong pinoy), amiable and easy with kids.
