Callanetics

A proprietary exercise program consisting of small muscular movements and squeezes to activate large and deep muscles. Developed from classical ballet exercises and T’ai Chi, Callanetics contrasts to impact-type exercises and is said to promote strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, discipline and speed, sa well as reduce appetite.
