CAMK2N2(redirected from CaM-KIIN)
CAMK2N2A gene on chromosome 3q27.1 that encodes a potent and specific inhibitor of CaM-kinase II (CAMK2), which traps Ca2+/calmodulin on CAMK2. It interacts with CAMK2A and CAMK2B in the presence of Ca2+/ calmodulin or after autophosphorylation.
