In order to accomplish this functional learning approach, CTAT staff provides onsite assistance and training for a 1-year period to agencies selected for the program after applications are review by a committee of consumers, families, professionals, business people, and the vocational rehabilitation central offices in each of the region's six states - Colorado, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah.
