NFAM1

A gene on 22q13.2 that encodes a type-I membrane receptor that activates cytokine gene promoters (e.g., IL-13) and TNF-alpha promoters. NFAM1 contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) and is thought to regulate B-cell signalling and development.
