CLEC9A

A gene on chromosome 12p13.2 that encodes a C-type lectin domain protein that is an endocytic receptor on certain myeloid cells. It induces intracellular signalling via spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) and acts as a receptor for necrotic cells.
