CHKA attenuated VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinase activity and VEGFR-2 signaling pathway
The above experimental results suggested that CHKA effectively inhibited VEGF-induced angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo.
Among them, CHKA (10) possessed the strongest effect.
Because of no anti-angiogenic activity reported on CHKA and its stronger effect than other kaurane diterpenoids, we decided to monitor its molecular targets using the Zebrafish model.
