A technique which combines the highly efficient separation capacity of capillary electrophoresis and the affinity and specificity of antibody and antigen binding with the high sensitivity of laser-induced fluorescence.
 
Applications
Simultaneous immunoassays of multiple analytes in biologic fluids—e.g., to screen urine for drugs of abuse, such as morphine, heroin, codeine metabolites, PCP, THC (a marijuana metabolite) and benzoylecgonine (a cocaine metabolite).
