Bergeyella zoohelcumA rod-shaped, aerobic, gram-negative, non-motile and non-saccharolytic bacterium, and zoonotic pathogen.
Isolated from the upper respiratory tract of dogs, cats and other mammals, and transmitted by animal parts, less commonly by food.
Cellulitis, leg abscess, tenosynovitis, septicemia, pneumonia, meningitis.
