CD32

a type I transmembrane protein present on monocytes, B cells, neutrophils, placental trophoblasts, and endothelium; acts as a signal transducer for IgG-mediated phagocytosis and neutrophil and monocyte oxidative burst; transduces an inhibitory signal on B cells and may play a role in placental IgG transport.
