CD102

CD102

a type I transmembrane protein present on endothelial cells, platelets, monocytes, dendritic cells, subsets of lymphocytes, and in splenic sinusoids that may facilitate recirculation of memory T cells.

ICAM2

A gene on chromosome 17q23-q25 that encodes an intercellular adhesion molecule, which, like all ICAMs, is a type-I transmembrane glycoprotein with multiple immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and which binds to leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein. ICAM2 is involved in lymphocyte recirculation and mediates adhesive interactions critical for antigen-specific immune response, NK-cell mediated clearance, lymphocyte recirculation and other cellular interactions of the immune response and surveillance.

(10,20) Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphomas differ from follicular lymphomas in that they are CD102 and do not exhibit bcl-2 rearrangements.
A gas analysis system consisting of an oxygen gas analyser (Servomex Basic O2 Analyser, 500A, Susses, England) and a carbon dioxide gas analyser (Datax Normocap CO2 moniotr, CD102, Helsink, Finland) was used to measure samples of expired air.
