CCNE) has said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.165 per share on its common stock.
CNB Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:
CCNE), the parent company of CNB Bank, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lake National Bank of Mentor, Ohio, for USD22.50 per share in cash, or approximately USD24.75 million in the aggregate, the company said.
